​We are just in the process of registering our fab new woodland site at Stanmer Park Woodland, as our Piddinghoe registered site is currently still out of action due to to paperwork issues.
This SHOULD be all signed off by the end of July, but just in case there's a delay, we'll be doing
all drop offs and pickups in LEWES this summer!
Once we're signed off, we'll be taking the kids on the train from Lewes to Stanmer Park, where we can skip, play, and engage in all our exciting woodland activities as normal. Choose from den building, exploring, facepainting, arts & crafts, or just simply hang out with your friends and play! As usual, all activities are child led- some of our NatureKids Adventurers may even be buying the train tickets for us! We will arrive in Falmer, and walk across the park to our woodland space. Meet/Pickup at Lewes Station.
If you're closer to Stanmer Park, and would prefer to meet us at the entrance to the park, please get in touch!
In the meantime, we'll be doing some Big Adventure Days in Lewes!
Nature Reserves, Lewes Castle, green spaces, and river walks here we come!

Fri 11th July Lewes Old Grammar School Half Day Pickup
Join us for a fun afternoon, as we kick of our summer holidays in style!!
We will pick up from Lewes Old Grammar School (Juniors site) at 12.30pm, and go on adventures to the park and local area in Lewes until pickup at 3.30pm. Children from other schools already on holidays (or home ed) are welcome to join us!
Pickup from Quaker Meeting House in Central Lewes.

Big Adventure Days!
​
Lewes Cockshut Nature Reserve
Get your backpacks on, bring your binoculars, and join us for a special Adventure Day to the Nature Reserve at Cockshut Stream!
​
We will walk, skip, hop and sing, as we wend our merry way down to the new(ish) Nature Reserve in Lewes, just behind the Southdowns Sports Centre. Here we can spot some of the local wildlife, before finding ourselves a lovely spot under a tree to play and have lunch! Bug catchers at the ready!! ​​​

Some of the activities to choose from once we get there are as follows:
​
- Go bug hunting / wildlife spotting
- Play your favourite mini board games/card games
-Make friendship bracelets / do drawing etc
- Sing, dance, have fun!
- Chat and hang out at Base Camp with your friends
- Have your Face Painted

Join us for fun and games at Lewes Castle! Together, we will explore, climb the castle, dress up, and see the views of Lewes!

River Walk Adventure Days!
Join us for another Big Adventure Day as we wend our merry way along the river toward Hamsey! Look at the flowers, spot all the wildlife, and do some facepainting, as we lunch under a tree!! We will have little play at Malling playground on the way back.
Drop off/pickup:
Malling playground, opposite the community centre. Free parking just next to the playground, or on the surrounding streets.

Windmill Adventure Days!
Join us for an Adventure Trip to the windmill at the top of the hill near Kingston!!!
For stunning views, happy running around, and picnicking under a tree! And seeing the windmill, of course! Another Adventure Day for our NatureKids Adventurers who fancy a day out on the Downs!!!

Our Holiday Clubs run from 9.30am-3.30pm.

Our Holiday Clubs are Ofsted Registered.
We accept Tax Free Childcare Vouchers & Universal Credit Payments.
Please contact us if you would like to pay using your Tax Free Childcare Childcare Account.

We welcome children from Year 1 to age 12.
​​​​
Due to our Ofsted Registration, children in our Holiday Clubs must be in Year 1 or equivalent
- ie. 6 years old by 31st August 2025 for clubs this academic year. ​
​
Children who are currently in Reception (Sept 2024/Jan 2025 intake) can join us from
1st September 2025, when they will officially be in Year 1.
​
​We look forward to welcoming your smaller people when they reach Year 1!

River Walk Days
Drop off/pickup:
Malling playground, Lewes, opposite the community centre. Free parking just next to the playground, or on the surrounding streets
Lewes Train Station
We will meet just inside the train station- look out for us in yellow high vis jackets and lanyards!
Parking
20 min free parking is available just outside Lewes Train station at the top - this is often full, so local parking might be a better option.
There is on street, metered parking on the streets surrounding Southover Grange Gardens/Lewes Station. This is not the cheapest option!! You may be able to just nip in and drop off/pickup swiftly- watch out for traffic wardens, as they tend to be prevalent in this area!
For a cheaper option, Lewes Football Stadium Car Park is just a few minutes minute walk away.
Waitrose also has free parking for 1.5 hours and is just a 10 min walk away.
Tesco is about at 22 min walk, and has free parking for 3 hours.

As soon as our new site is signed off, we will be based at the address below.
All pickups/dropoffs will be in LEWES for the summer holidays, or contact us if you’d rather meet us just inside the entrance to Stanmer Park once we’re signed off.

If we are full on a particular date and your child is keen to come, or there is not quite enough room for their siblings/friends, please do contact us, as we may well be able to accommodate you.
Getting Ready
NatureKids are encouraged to pack their own lunchboxes, healthy snacks and water bottles, and to think in advance about how they want to spend their day. Is there anything they need to bring?
Favourite mini board games/card games they would like to play? Sketchpads/notebooks/ bug catchers /binoculars?!
​
We encourage NatureKids to name their things to ensure they don't go walkabout, and not to bring their MOST precious stick, just in case.
​​
Change of clothes just in case, and raingear/warm cosy clothing a must!!
​​​
Please note, due to the number of allergies, we are a NUT FREE club. ​

Birthday Parties!
Remember, we also do Birthday Parties all year round, so do please get in touch if you'd like to celebrate with us! We can run indoors or outdoors, according to your preference- at a choice of lovely local woodland venues near Lewes, or at our Indoor venue in Central Lewes.

​It’s too chilly for us in the woods in winter, so join us indoors for fun and games in the warm!

We LOVE being outside. But who wants to be outside all day when it’s freeeeezing?!!!
Our Winter Holiday Clubs decamp to our beautiful central Lewes location.
We have a nice, warm, large room for playing games, and a lovely garden to run around in the breaks.
We encourage NatureKids to bring their favourite card games/board games to play (think wet play at school), and we have a range of creative activities to engage in. We even have our own little kitchen to bake in! As always, it's up to NatureKids to decide for themselves what they want to do. Lots of ideas welcome!
We think NatureKids inside/outside is the perfect balance in the winter!
There's lots to do at our Winter Holiday Clubs, including:

- Make warm cosy indoor dens with blankets (and fairy lights if you bring them!)
- Play your favourite board games/card games
- Bake biscuits in our own little kitchen
- Arty/Crafty things
- Explore the Book Box! (snuggle up and read in our cosy book corner)
- Facepainting

There is also a beautiful garden to run around in in the breaks.
